What is your daycare like?

Our mobile daycare runs outdoors: we collect in the morning, spend the day exploring parks with supervised play and rest, then drop home in the afternoon—tired and happy.

What happens if it rains?

We walk in all weathers (this is London, after all!). Dogs are towelled off before drop-off, and we adjust plans during extreme conditions such as heatwaves or storms

Can my elderly dog join group walks?

Yes—if your senior pup can manage a gentle group walk once or twice a week, they’re very welcome. We match energy levels so they won’t be left behind.

How many dogs do you walk at once?

We keep groups small - no more than four dogs per walker - so everyone gets attention, supervision, and proper playtime.

Do you offer daycare to rescue dogs?

Yes. We often work with rescue dogs. Our team is patient and experienced; check our testimonials to see how we’ve helped rescues gain confidence, make friends, and relax around people and other dogs.

Do you walk dogs off-lead?

Only with your permission and once we’ve built solid recall and trust with your dog. Safety is always our top priority.

Where do you walk the dogs?

We head to safe, spacious green spaces such as Stanmore Country Park, Fryent Country Park, Tyttenhanger Nature Reserve, and Hadley Woods. Routes are chosen for secure off-lead fun, shade, and water access.

Can my puppy join group walks?

We love puppies! They can join once fully vaccinated and ready for short bursts of group play.

How do pick-ups and drop-offs work?

We collect from your home in our fully ventilated, secure dog van, fitted with comfortable crates and non-slip mats. You’ll always know your dog’s schedule for the day.

Trial Day

What is a trial day?

A s assessment to make sure your dog enjoys our group and routine. We focus on calm introductions, recall, and comfort with travel. If it isn’t the right fit, we’ll be honest—group safety and happiness come first.

How much does a trial day cost?

Trial day - £45. To arrange a trial day, fill out our Request a Trial Day form and we will get in touch with a one-off appointment.

How do i get started?

Booking & Payments

How do I book after the trial day?

Once your dog passes their trial, we’ll email a link to our secure online booking portal. From there you can schedule care, manage your details, and see upcoming bookings.

How do payments work for walks/daycare?

We bill monthly in arrears for the total services your dog used that month (walks, daycare, etc.). Your saved card on file is charged automatically, and you’ll receive an itemised receipt by email.

Can I book recurring days?

Yes. You can book individual dates or set up recurring days (e.g., every Mon/Wed). You can pause or change them any time in the portal.

How do boarding bookings and payments work?

To reserve boarding dates we take a 10% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is charged after your dog’s stay to your saved card, with a receipt emailed to you. (Peak periods book up quickly—please reserve early.)

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes—log in to the portal to edit or cancel. See our 24-hour cancellation policy below for charges and timing.

Is my card information secure?

Yes. Card details are stored by our PCI-compliant payment provider. We never see or store full card numbers.

Cancellations (24 - hour policy)

Walks & Daycare

You can change or cancel up to 24 hours before the start time with no charge.

Within 24 hours or no-shows are charged in full.

If we cancel due to extreme weather or safety reasons, you won’t be charged. Check our terms and conditions policy

Recurring bookings

You can skip an individual date from your portal. The same 24-hour rule applies to each session.

Boarding

A 10% deposit is taken to reserve dates and is non-refundable.

The remaining balance is charged after your dog’s stay to your saved card.
